John isn't an AI expert by traditional definitions. He's someone deeply curious about what these systems can actually do, and motivated enough to put in the work to find out.

His approach is straightforward: learn by doing, test ideas in the real world, and build things that solve genuine problems. No gatekeeping, no pretense. Just consistent effort and a genuine interest in understanding how AI can transform the way we work.

Most of this is learning in real time—testing ideas, seeing what breaks, and trying to get a little better every day. The goal isn't perfection. It's progress.
